If at all possible, students should be trained in other areas (outside of Christian Theology), that make Christians more employable in society, or otherwise enhance their life-skills, in a manner that results in them taking their Christian Values into every walk of life. To this end, courses (and Training opportunities) should be introduced in various areas.
A “Director of New Course Development” will be needed to take ownership of this effort and drive it.
A few proposed sample courses, grouped into logical clusters, might include:

Center for Ecumenical Ministry & Interfaith Unity
Christ
advocated for the Unity of the Church, for all Christians to come together in love.
But today's church is riddled with doctrinal argufication and denominational dissipiation, often driven by subtle distinctions in theology, liturgy, and other intellectual matters that most church-goers neither understand nor care about. More often, the divisions are about traditions and cultural practices, personalities and profit, and little to do with Jesus. The so-called Non-Denominationalists generally promote some variant of hardline neo-Conservatism, often rooted in the right-wing Pentecostal movement, and often have a tendency to be very dismissive and intolerant of anyone who does not agree verbatim with their interpretation of scripture. Based on such cultural positions, this potentially promotes even deeper divisions within the Body of Christ, and frequently repels large swaths of the population.
The Center will promote
the unity of Christianity, particularly between mainstream Protestantism, Catholicism and Orthodoxy, and others of the Greater Christian diaspora.
Christ wanted us to reach all peoples with the gospel, not just the 'People Israel', but 'gentiles' in every part of the globe. That is the Great Commission of Matthew 28.
The Center will also promote outreach to Islam, Hinduism, etc., focusing on the Universality of Christ's Love for all of humanity.

Department of ETHICS
It is proposed that Bishop's College strive to become the leading center for the study, theory and practice of Ethics in India, and launch programs on Business Ethics for the corporate sector.
The proposed Ethics Department will also reach out to the corporate sector, and offer seminars and courses on Business Ethics (+ Medical Ethics, Legal Ethics, ...), and other similar endeavors. This would be a way for Bishop's College to earn some additional revenues, and also to create partnerships and relationships with business organizations, and other institutions of the community, that can have long-term positive upsides, in myriad ways (which this author humbly leaves to the audience's imagination for the nonce).

The Café, along with any available suitable conference room and/or meeting space -- could be used to host some of the Business Ethics programs, etc. for our outside clients, leading to additional revenue and outreach.
